OUR STORY

Rooted in Qatar.
Regional by purpose.

A history of putting young people at the centre—as participants, creators, organisers and leaders.

01 / WHY WE EXIST
OUR VISION

Ignite a fearless generation of youth driving innovation & leading a bold cultural renaissance across the globe.

OUR MISSION

We forge ecosystems for youth to rise as innovators, disruptors & architects of their new era.

BY YOUTH. WITH YOUTH. FOR YOUTH.

Start with youth.
Build from there.

The Youth Company began operations in December 2010. Founded by Mohamed Farid, it brought youth development, creative expression and community participation together through a social-enterprise model.

Training and public experiences were connected from the beginning. The story of Run The World captures that idea: a youth training exercise in 2011 developed into a festival that brought culture, sport and youth talent into public space.
